(2021): ATSAS 3.0: expanded functionality and new tools for small-angle scattering data analysis J. Appl. Cryst. 54, 343-355 DOI

The ATSAS software suite encompasses a number of programs for the processing, visualization, analysis and modelling of small-angle scattering data, with a focus on the data measured from biological macromolecules.

Using ATSAS

To initialize the environment use the module command:

[elx]% module load maxwell
[elx]% module avail atsas
----------- /etc/modulefiles ---------------------
atsas/3.0.3 atsas/3.0.4

[elx]% module load atsas
[elx]% which damaver
/software/atsas/3.0.3/bin/damaver

# Note: there is no real program called 'atsas':
[elx]% atsas

  This is a dummy.
The atsas package does not provide an atsas command. More information:

 Provided by module(s)
... module load maxwell atsas/3.0.3; which atsas: /software/atsas/3.0.3/bin/atsas
