That's just an alphabetical collection of pages labeled as software ("sw") from Maxwell and Computing spaces. It also references rather generic packages like Matlab. For downloads of generic packages have a look at the products documentation or the downloads page.
Have a look at the Categories pages in case you are looking for applications from a particular domain like computational chemistry.
We provide quite a number of applications in various forms and versions. Surely a huge number of important pieces are missing or don't match the needs. So please contact maxwell.service@desy.de.
