IceNine is a forward model reconstruction code that implements an adaptive reconstruction method for three-dimensional orientation imaging.
Using IceNine
/opt/xray/IceNine/bin/IceNine # for mpi-parallel simulations it might be necessary to load the mpi environment: module load mpi/mpich-x86_64
The multi-threaded parts of IceNine do not honor OMP_NUM_THREADS. The number of threads has to parsed ("G8") to the program.
