Maxwell : Available preinstalled conda environments

a couple of conda environments have been pre-installed, mostly to serve as jupyter kernels. All environments require a conda setup. Best choice:

module load maxwell conda/3.9
. mamba-init

Note: the setup instructions point to the latest version for each environment. To setup a specific version use e.g. mamba activate /software/jupyter/.conda/envs/astra-toolbox-<version>/.
