Installing Origin
Origin is available as a Netinstall-Package. If for some reason a NI-Installation is not an option, origin can be easily installed using the appropriate License Server and Serial Number.
Please note: if you are a member of the University of Hamburg or a member of the Max-Planck Society at DESY, please use the Origin License Server of the University of Hamburg resp. of the MPG:
- DESY: zitlic01.desy.de port 27008. Serial number: check the Download page.
- UNIHH: spssliz.rrz.uni-hamburg.de port 3636. The server is only accessible from DESY-subnets of the UNI groups at DESY! Please check the Origin page @ RRZ Uni Hamburg.
- MPG: flex1.mpsd.mpg.de port 27006. The server is accessible from DESY-subnets of the MPG groups at DESY!
