Overview
The CSSB CryoEM facility uses and/or provides the following resources maintained mainly by DESY IT services:
- Computing Infrastructure:
- FastX2: remote desktop environment
- Maxwell cluster: processing your data (see Maxwell for CSSB)
- 3 high-end workstations for Windows-based software like Warp/M, ChimeraX/Isolde, ...
- Storage:
BeeGFS: incoming microscope data, data analysis and cluster processing space (NO BACKUP!!!)
- dCache: archive space for microscope data
- DESY Sync & Share: exchange data with collaborators
- Software:
- CryoEM software installed and maintained by Daven Vasishtan and Wolfgang Lugmayr.
- Archive:
- The DESY dCache team offers a tape archive infrastructure for long-term storage of your data.
